We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite perfect, we’re here to make it right with our simple refund policy.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to return an item. To be eligible, your kit must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We carefully inspect every order before shipping to ensure quality, but if anything’s missing or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
To start a return, contact us at info@whim5seasons.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return address and guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you about approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method, covering the item’s cost, excluding original shipping fees. Allow 5-10 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. For defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or used kits are not eligible for returns, as they’re crafted just for you. If you’re unsure about eligibility, reach out, and we’ll clarify with care!
