The ornament kit arrived quickly and well packed. I have never received a kit so amazingly packaged! The videos for assembling the kit are well made, easy to follow, with clear instructions. The ornament ball itself is one of the most solid I’ve ever used. If you make these types of ornaments, you’ll understand how big of a deal that it is. The finished piece is stunning. Heavier than I expected, but that has to do with the top and bottom decorations. I’m so glad I got it! Communication is A+++
