We’re excited to ship your ornament orders from Ottawa, Canada.
Processing Time
We ship only once a week, because in order to keep shipping costs down we have to travel outside the city to drop all of your packages.
Shipping to Canada
The cheapest shipping option is by Canada Post Expedited. You will be provided with tracking and insurance coverage in the event of a loss or damage. Other shipping options are provided at check out and calculated based on weight. Estimated arrival is within a week of the shipping date.
Orders over $150 are shipped for free.
Shipping to USA
Your order will be shipped by USPS First Class if you choose the lowest shipping price. You will be provided with tracking, but there is no insurance coverage in the event of a loss or damage. If you prefer to have insurance, upgrade to USPS Priority or contact us for more details. Estimated arrival is within a week of the shipping date.
Orders over $150 are shipped for free.
Shipping to EU
For our friends outside the U.S. and Canada, we offer international shipping with costs based on package weight, calculated at checkout. EU orders will be shipped by Canada Post International Small Packet. There is no insurance or tracking. Deliveries take between 9-19 days, but delays may occur due to customs/postal service in your country. All duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping to all other countries
Orders are shipped with Canada Post. Price is calculated at the checkout. Delivery typically takes 7-21 days, though delays may occur due to customs or postal services. Tracking is provided where available, but some destinations may not support tracking or insurance. Non-insured orders are ineligible for refunds or replacements if lost or stolen. Contact us to upgrade to insured shipping for added peace of mind (additional cost applies).
